The sand blasting machine mechanically makes the surface of the profile a soft sand surface, eliminating the pollution of chemicals to the environment; the polishing machine makes the surface of the profile smoother and achieves a mirror effect, which enriches the product line. The aging furnace is equipped with variable frequency speed-regulating large-capacity aging furnace imported from Japan. The maximum aging length is 12 m, and the aging amount can reach 6-7 tons per furnace. It is easy to operate, fast in heating, uniform aging temperature, and stable mechanical properties of the profile.
